As Chief Dispatch Officer, Michael is responsible for translating each client request into an actionable delivery plan. He coordinates service level, courier assignment, timing, origin and destination details, handling instructions, contacts, status communication, and proof of delivery.
Michael helps keep the dispatch process responsive and organized during scheduled routes, on-demand requests, rush deliveries, and STAT exceptions. When a delay, access issue, refusal, or failed handoff occurs, he helps escalate the issue, communicate recovery options, and document the final outcome.
Michael holds HIPAA Course for Medical Delivery Driver and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications. These individual credentials support privacy awareness, exposure prevention, and assignment decisions for healthcare-related service lanes.
